Our story

Built by insiders, for everyday investors.

BrixFolio was founded by two property professionals who shared a passion for finding opportunities beyond the traditional property market.

One founder built her own portfolio of more than 12 properties, gaining first-hand experience across renovations, developments, sales and long-term investment. Her personal experience led her to build a career helping others navigate property with the same practical approach.

The other began in mortgage broking before moving into financial advice and later becoming a property strategist with one of Australia’s largest property data companies. His experience spans finance, property strategy and data-driven market research.

Together, our founders bring more than 15 years of experience across property, finance and data. By combining hands-on investment experience with finance strategy and property analytics, we give everyday Australians access to insights and opportunities that are often difficult to find, while making complex property strategies simple to understand and practical to implement.
